Benicio Hangs With Daddy

This weekend Violet allowed Benicio and I some "guy-time". She had a baby shower to attend, so she pumped out some milk, straightened her hair, and went down the list of what to do when Benicio crys. Personally I think I rocked as a single dad. We ran some errands, hung out, and I fed him for the first time since he was born (Violet was too drugged to breastfeed when he was born, so I did the duties). It was also the first time since his first week of life to feed from a bottle. Of course, he took to it like a dog to...dogfood? Let's just say he finished the bottle.

Violet was very proud of us and I think Benicio was happy to have his Mom back...

Check out the Laker gear yo'!

Lakers Update:

Lost two in a row to two sub-par teams: Toronto and New York. They haven't looked good at all this last month and since they didn't make one move before the trading deadline, it looks like a season of mediocrity is all we have to look forward to. I still can't belive they didn't make one single trade. Not one. It's like management decided, "I think .500 ball will keep the crowds coming." Little do they know, Laker fans are notorious bandwagon fans. You didn't see Salma Hayek and Ed Norton during the Nick Van Exel, Eddie Jones and Elden Campbell days. Sure, Jack was there...and Dyan Cannon, but that was it. No Leo DiCaprio, Denzell, Chris Rock... I heard Billy Zane passed on some courtside tickets during those days. Point is, no wins=no fans. Jack Nicholson's getting old folk...and I think Dyan Cannon's been dead for the past five years and they've been wheeling her out "Weekend At Bernies" style.
