A Day At The Ravine

The only way to spend a Saturday in Los Angeles. It couldn't have been a more perfect day for a ballgame (although we only lasted in these seats for 2 and a half innings due to the heat). This was Julian's first Baseball game and I think he got a huge kick out of it... alright, the only thing I know for sure is that he enjoyed the Frozen Lemonade but I did see a smile whenever we chanted "Lets Go Dodgers!"

Benicio is becoming a regular to Chavez Ravine. Maybe it's the fact that his late Great-Grandfather not only grew up in Chavez Ravine but also was one of the people who helped build the Stadium. There is a lot of family history in this place and by the pictures that I get of Benicio he looks very comfortable here.

His Pops doesn't look too shabby himself (if only the parents would have opted for those braces)...

I just took a long walk up in Elysian Park this morning and I swear Grandpa's spirit spoke to me. I felt so clear headed and even started crying at one point. The beauty of that park and it's history is amazing.
